JEANNETTE NAGY,
CO-FOUNDER / CEO

  • She's a leader in the field of crises - and has been since 2004.


  • Meet Jeannette Nagy, a pioneer, networker, and the CEO of her start-up Iron Dome Crisis Management since 2020. Her extensive experience and tactical skills have benefitted large companies as well as governments. Her Master's degree in Communication Management provides a strong academic footing. In business, she served as Head of Corporate Communication in an international trading company and later filled the same role in a division of the C. Bertelsmann publishing house in Germany. Finally, her journey led her to one of the biggest medical centres in Switzerland, where she once again took the role of Head of Corporate Communication.


  • For the School of Journalism and Communication (MAZ) and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Jeannette  developed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) programme in Health Communication. At MAZ, she was also entrusted the role of Head of Studies for the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Media Relations. In both programmes, she held lectures on Issues Management, Crisis Communication, and Media Relations.


  • Jeannette is well-known as a keynote speaker on all topics surrounding crisis communication at governments, universities, and companies.

UWE STOLZMANN,
CO-FOUNDER / ADVISOR

  • Introducing Uwe Stolzmann, a crisis-proof investigative journalist with an edge. When crises hit, his creative mind thrives. He has travelled through Moçambique during the civil war and experienced Zimbabwe under the Mugabe regime. Research endeavours have led him to Nicarague, El Salvador, and Guatemala. He witnessed  terror and the coca mafia in Peru and rebellious Indios in Ecuador. When he travelled to Cuba, he was interrogated by Castro's state security. In Miami, he experienced a training of armed Cuban exiles. He has interviewed rebels, dissidents, dictators, and presidents.


  • Since 2002, Uwe Stolzmann has been writing for great newspapers such as Neue Zürcher Zeitung, NZZ am Sonntag, and Süddeutsche Zeitung. He travelled the globe for TV stations such as Switzerland's public broadcasting company SRF and the German ARD station.
    • As a coach and keynote speaker, Uwe is popular with companies both domestically and internationally. Since 2002, he has been teaching journalists and communication professionals, e.g. at MAZ and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

With our solution for crisis management and coaching in crisis communication, we protect companies and their employees comprehensively,preventing crises to turn into a full-blown PR fiascos and thereby ensuring more security for the economy and the environment. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Build up and lead the Saas Solutions & Applications team
  • Manage the entire SaaS portfolio within IT Shared Applications & Services
  • Coordinate, administer and monitor SaaS services and agreements
  • Contribute to the optimisation of service performance, taking into account new trends or inputs arising from operations

Requirements 

  • Extensive experience with SaaS solutions and applications
  • Knowledge in building data pipelines that can ingest and process various data sources
  • Experience in working with customers and suppliers
  • Excellentt knowledge of cloud and infrastructure and computing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Leadership qualities
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to recommend and drive forward new initiatives
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Business acumen as a big plus
  • Good communication skills, a confident demeanor and a commitment to international travel
